Through Travel Guardian’s Speak Out feature, imabi Community CIC captures real community experiences of anti-social behaviour and harmful conduct. With 43% of respondents reporting incidents on public transport and 81% identifying behavioural concerns as the top issue, this data is helping councils and partners take meaningful action.
